hey there! ...

Feeling better.. although my head is full of snottt... mmmmm charming!.. as i breath thorugh my mouth all day like a dork!..heh! ... wHaz wHay sic on thurs and friday... worked from home both those days ... whaz all achey... i totally sweated it out on thurs night... yummm ... ugggkk! ... and naw..it wasnt cool... and im not a very "good" sic person... im so busy that i really don't have time to get sic... so im always thinking abou the things i need to do... and try and do them... but i am learning as i get older that you need to listen to your body... 30 something days are here for poor little reXy and i gotta take care of myself...

so this weekend i didnt have any classes to teach ..it's been a long time since i have had a weekend free... so i took it easy... did some errands around the house... but still felt all stuffy... snotboye!.. uggh! ..got caught up with rEX shirt orders and got them in the mail ... had a meeting and then I went out to dinner with franke and his friend chris that wHas visiting from LA... the same dude that sends me all the cool burger-king toys!... we ate at the Zodiac Room which was Whay cool! ... i would reccamend it to anybody !... such a cool enviroment.. kinda palm reader and purple and blacklights with stars... almost like the inside of "I dream of Jeanies" bottle... great music... and wonderful food... we all pigged out... and it was great to see franke having fun with his friend... we all came back here and i went to bed... wHas enough of a night for me... i left them in the livingroom watching alfred hitchcock's "Lifeboat"... a marvalous film! ..

today i am feeling like i am getting back my energy... i went to the goodguys and picked up my old camera that broke last year... and returned my stereo ...my CD player was busted... and totally miss playing my CD's...

So... now i have two cameras and decided that i would have one stationed at my computer in my office at home and the other can travel through the house... i bought myself a cheap little radio shack RCA splitter that allows me to switch from one cam to the other with ease! .. cool! ...

and now i finish one more load of laundry... sigh! ... not an overly exciting weekend ...but i really needed the time to recover... so it wHas good overall i guess...

Am planning on joining the Heath and Fitness gym at Apple next week.. start working out again... see if i can lose those comments i hear in the chatroom everynow and again... boy.. reX. is getting pouchy!... heh! .. plus... it will make me want to quit smoking... another thing i need to get rid of again... i did it once last year for quite a few months... i know i can do it again... plus i announce it here on mywebsite ...it's like annoucing it to the world..heh! .. i guess i've really set myself up... !!!...

any ideas on the best wHay to quit smoking? ... certainly not by watching sean patrick! ..heh! .. that whas the hardest... tryin' to quit and watch sean smoke it up... i try not to smoke in front of the cam.. i feel its a bad habit... (as reX. sneaks a puff while the camera is not watching! ..heh!)....

It's the first time i have done photos of me like this... i kinda digg them ..you might as well... plan on doing some more... but im not a model... so i try and be relalistic for an "old mann" ..heh !..

Another cool thing happened today too... I saw that I was included in this months "Q San Francisco" ... they did a story on webcams and listed me with my pix! ... felt very neat to stand in the magg store and read an article about myself...and then looking around me and hearing the saleboy say next to the other salesboy "whenever a celeberty comes in the store... no matter how small of a celberty ...even local... get them to quote their favorite book"... with drop of sweat running down my neck... i thought of the "witch" books by anne rice and ran outta the store... heh! ..
