uggggggh...!..my head hurts...!

havent had any coffee this morning and it's killing me... im so retarded right now... auuuhhhhhh!!!.. doi!..

going in for a blood test this morning and they had me start fasting at around 10pm last night and said no coffee this morning... ugggh! .. so this morning i drank water...yuc!...

once i get into sunnyvale i go directly to the health and fitness center... they pump the blood outta me.. and then it' straight to the coffee machine!!!.. double time!!heh! .. so funny how we get used to our vises... even though i don't drink alot of coffee.. i still need it in the morning to get myself going...

yesturday i went to a 3 hour physical... and it went great... havent had one in years..and thought that now that i have been going to the gym more ..that i would get a check up... wHas a little worried...cause i feel like i havent' taken as good of care of myself as i should have... but i passed the tests with flying colours... they tested my strength... poked and proded me... nope ...no wierd bumps..(whew!).. and had me run the treadmill till i couldnt anymore... the treadmill reminded me of steVe austin.. of the bionic mann.. they had all the little wires attached all over my chest and stomach to test my heart and endurence... mann... i wHas impressed with myself! .. went for 16 minutes as they kept raising the level more and more... from walking to running.. they said i did really well... and that if i quit ciggs that i could be a real athlete..heh! .. little did they know they were talking to an ex-goth...

Found out i had about 4.8 body fat... on my 151 body... 145 is lean.. about 9 pounds is fatt... so wierd how they could figure that out.. after all the tests were done they had a print out with all the results... pretty cool!..

so i feel really good! .. wHas a little worried before as i said.. cause for the last couple of years i had been feeling some pain in the chest area.. lots of people in my family have heart problems.. and i wHas a little nervous... but the tests yesturday showed me that i have a very healthy heart.. good blood pressure and am strong... whew again! .. heh! .. what they think the pain in my chest is .. is my lungs.. from smoking of course.. and that there is a buildup of "muck".. (they didnt call it that.. but i don't remember what they did call it) surrounding the lining my lungs.. this comes and goes.. but can go away if i quit smoking..

well.. folks.. whatta think reX. wants to do? .. yah.. quit smoking again.. this wHas all very motivating for me to do so... now that im in my 30's i gotta really be focused on my health... and besides...i want to gain 10 pounds this year... and quiting will help with that... don't want to be a big gym buff dude.. (that's franke's job..heh!).. but would like to stay the slim-toned dude that i am..heh! ..

ahhhhh.. i need coffee...! ..this train ride is taking a very long time... i almost feel asleep on the bus going to the station.. uggghh! .. im grumPy too..kitties stayed outta daddies wHay this morn! .heh! ..

So.. anyhew... had a VERY busy weekend.. taught class on sat and then did a little photoshoot for FEAST at the power exchange. Took my connectix cam with me and posed with my puppy collar.. getting ready for FEAST on good friday... guess you can find it on their site if you looked.. http://www.feastsf.com .

Hope that everybody will tune in again this time.. watch as i webcast people and the happenings .. should be another wild time... and if your going... make sure to drop by and say "hey" to me.. shanA, her gurlfriend nicole and jinx will be there to help me set up and make sure we have a funn time.. i think franke will be staying at home that night... he didnt really enjoy the last one.. and he can be a downer if he's not into something.. so that brings my spirits down.. so it's better that he doesnt go... besides.. he's not a great supporter of the reX.cam.. heh! .. so no franke.. sorry! ..

But reX. will be there... ! .. with his cam.. so make sure to tune in on friday.. guess there wHas something on the news last night about the party and how some people wanted it to be stopped.. how funn! .. love controversy!!!..heh! ..

Sunday...i had alot of meetings.. met with my boss from apple.. and then afterwards..met with GGB... it wHas sooo good to see him!... and the kitties were excited to see him too.. they remembered that last time he came he brought over some toys for them.. did i say "some" .. ALOT of toys...heh! .. I gave him the vodka that kpaul sent over for st. patricks day...and then he had one of the "shinners" beer.. mmmmmm.. those were wHay good!.. had a good visit with him and then had to make some lunch.. so while i wHas doin' that he popped inthe chatroom.. tellin' everybody he had me tied up in the back room...heh! .. deVil! .. we have to get together more often... it wHas wHay too long since i last saw him.. and wHas great..

Met up with shanA afterwards and then after our meeting ... met up with franke... and watched the new simpsons...and THEN... futurama... wHas sooo excited to see that new show.. and then disapointed.. nothing can be as good as the simpsons.. im sorry... tried to watch the X-files but feel asleep.. i taped it .. so sometime this week i willhave to watch it...

speaking of sleep.. i wHanna go back to bed!!!!.. ugggh... this lack of coffee thing is getting to me.. sharp pains in the head! ..ouch! .. but am almost at my stop .. THANK GOD...! ..

well.. that's it for now.. done my ramblin' with no coffee this morn..and am impressed... heh!
