year.. sHe says i will come visit her more if sHe's there.. bakersfield

A few ways you can come out everyday:
Make
A Commitment To Tell The Truth About Who You Are.
Come out to your family, friends, or co-workers.
Wear a PFLAG shirt or button.
Write a letter to an elected official in support of a gay and lesbian
issue.
Contribute to PFLAG or any other gay/lesbian or AIDS organization.
Include your lover or spouse (or your gay loved one's partner)
in your holiday traditions.
Confront anyone who makes a bigoted joke.
Read a gay/lesbian newspaper or magazine in a public place.
Put your lover's photo (or a photo of you gay loved one & partner)
on your desk at work.
Call a radio talk show and introduce
a gay/lesbian topic.
Start or attend a PFLAG coming out support group.
Organize a Coming Out Day event in your area.

Oh, NO!!!!! I missed the show. I would have LOVED to hear your
mom, and I'd have called in and thanked her with all my heart for
being so intelligent and not have the crazy attitudes that have
made terrible relationships between gay men and women and their
parents. And I'd have also told her that you're a pleasure to know,
and that you are a special person. Tell her I said these things.
