The reXcam Photo contest runs through Feb 29th. Simply visit the
rexcam capture a picture of rex and send it into Timmy at TJTM95@aol.com,
you can send in 10 pictures, Timmy will foward the pictures to me,
and I will Pick the Top 3 and announce the winners on the air in
early March. Timmy will email me the pictures so I dont know in
advance who sent them in, so there cant be any claims of favortism.

Such Times by Christopher Coe: Tragic, beautiful book about open
relationships in the age of AIDS. Sad and lovely at the same time.
Rat Bohemia by Sarah Schulman: Another book about the AIDS epidemic,
as seen through the eyes of an East Village lesbian and her friends.
Fag Hag by Robert Rodi: Hilarious comic novel about a woman obsessed
with her best gay friend.
A Boy's Own Story by Edmund White: the BEST coming of age novel
I've ever read - gay OR straight!
Gossip by Christopher Bram: Great, intriguing novel about internet
hookups and Washington DC politics and closet cases and murder.
And this is by the author who wrote "Father of Frankenstein," the
book "Gods & Monsters" was based on.

aDam: Hey, Rex! I tuned in a little late but it sounds like you're
talking about good queer books. I would highly recommend "Brother
to Brother," a collection of poems written by African American gay
men, edited by Joseph Beam and Essex Hemphill - two amazing writers.
The introduction, by Essex Hemphill, is a very honest and moving
account of what "home" means and how difficult it can be for gay
black men to find "home."
