left early this morn .. with geNe on the tRain to bakersfield... to haVe tHanksgiVing with moM... been wanting to see her so baD. lately.. tommy downstairs is takin' caRe of the kiTTs..

wHas a relief to see moM. at tHe tRain sTation...her haiR looked great.. all naTural silver...(please let me have that colour when i get older! ) she looked healthy.. happy and eX.cited.. and to haVe her meet geNe.. wHen i had told her i wHas bringing hiM. she wanted to know if he wHas a romantic interest.. heh! .. mY moM. is used to me dRagin' my boyfRiends home to her.. but no moM. not this time.. sTill taking a bReak from tHat sCene for aWhile.. moThers can feel safer about tHer gay sons right now.. heh! .

we hada great diNNer.. at my moM.'s friend julia.. caSa..with her son eArl and his new wiFe.. and also aunTi noNi and unCle leo wHere there too.. they remind me of lucy and desi of i love luCy.. sHe's a suacy redhead.. he's a funny italian... they arguee all the time.. and are a pretty funny couple.. they almost adopted me wHen my moM. wHas pregnant... so we had a older and a younger couple.. and funny to see tHem sit neXt to each other.. each reminding each other of what it's like to be starting in a relationship... the newness and eX.citement.. and wHat it's like to be in a relationship for a very long time.. leo and noni have been together for 49 years! .. wowo! .. and funny how familar they are.. the comparission of the two couples at dinner wHas very entertaining... and heartwarming... one couple held hands.. and were all kissy.. and the other fought and laughed about sTories they had .. and punched each other teasingly.. both couples.. in love...

so the huGe dinner and my loVely company made it a wonderful eVening.. geNe fit in veRy well with the moTley cRew.. and cHarmed them all.. moRe people sucome to the eVil one! ..heh! ..

wHas nice haVin' my buddy there.. giVing tHanks.. and having so much to be tHankful for..his support.. and love.. my moM.'s health and positive upsWing in her new retirement years...her new house coming with the new year... the things that i have learned.. eX.perienced.. acHieved.. and the memories of what we are tHankful for that we no longer haVe.. our memories and eX.periences.. and tHink tHat's wHy i became so intranced by the couples... i have been goin' over those eX.periences and memories i have had tHese days.. and getting ready to create some more.. somehow tHIs giVes us fuel..for the soul.... being in a relationship or not... and am sure tHats wHat have kept my aunt and uncle together for all these years.. and why the young couple were so eX.cited to begin... tHiers...

i felt i wHas digesting moRe tHan turKey this year...
