it's creeping up on me.. tHat feeling again to try and put out the
ciggs for awhile.. tHe clues of hackin' up my lungs in the moRning
are really buggin' me.. and not feeling that healthy in that area..
im goin' to set a date to go to the pool this week.. and think about
my attempt to change.. i hate admitting these thoughts.. because
so many times i have tried to quit .. but honestly.. i havent quit
.. wanting to quit.. an addict lives here.. and he must cHange..
