went
to caM.den market ...
with roB.
this morn.. what a trip! .. riding down there.. going
through the small streets and surrounded by the old
buildings.. older than probably most things i have seen
sTaying in
the henden district - NW of loN.don .. roB. is making
us lunch right now.. spagetti.. manGA! im in the bedroom
.. setting up email.. hopin' to be able to send out
some shouts to a few folks..
i wHas so
happy with the flight - i had NO problems at all! i
fell asleep after the steamed turkey meal .. they asked
if i wanted wHite or reD. wine.. i got wHIte .. definately
that would go good with the vicadine for my aiR. traveled
sleep .. it did!

hangin'
out with roB. here at his flat...
had a nice
quiet afternoon after a gReat dinner he made.. just
been hangin' and smokin' and had a couple glases of
wine.. i know i shouldnt be dRinking this much .. as
i have the last couple days.. but im on a trip! .. in
loN.don! .. tHIs doesnt happen very much.. so im giving
myself the liberty to relax and enjoy myself and to
justify myself just a little more with these drunken
guitly feelings. heh! .. i havent drank more than a
couple glasses.. so it aint like a huge binge! .. moderation
is ok .. and i am givning myself the right to not worry
about my habits right now.. im here to eX.plore! ..
to get new adventures .. take risks.. and eX.perience
as much as i can in the next five days as i can!
we are goin
to the center tomma.. which is the main attraction to
loN.don and wHere buckingham palace is .. wHat a trip
to see the palace.. wHat a tRip to be eVen wrtitng about
it! .. i cant wait! .. im getting itchy to go out and
eX.plore and think im gonna absorb and intrigate this
in my liFe.. boy! .. it's gonna be fun! .
