hi all,
my
lucky kitty passed away today. his kidneys started to fail,
he wouldn't eat, drink. when he wouldn't eat his special
treats last nite. i knew he was really feeling bad. it is
so hard losing both so close together. i won't get a new
pet until i get settled in in my new place. that will be
about june or july.

Your
first instinct may be your best one, depending on whether
you choose to follow it. Your head and heart seem to be out
of sync, and your animal sense is trying to navigate. The
question is how much of a social or political animal are you?
The more you know about your neighbors' problems, the more
you want to know. Pictures give way to text, and text gives
way to subtext. The next thing you know, you're trying to
solve a case that you still don't fully understand. At least
you get extra points for good intentions.
