iT's the
first warm nite here in cHicago of the year... many
soon to come.. so this eve I pulled out the air conditioners
and summer fans...
Like almost
everything else in this mid-west home.. I got a great
deal on those summer neccesities from the ol' tiMers
at the Pink Elephant - down the street from me on daMon.
It's a great
place.. sort of like if archie buNker took oVer saNford
and son... ol' cHi-town-tiMers from the old school I'm
sure... sitting around piles of junk that they pick-up
durring the day.. sippin' beer and watching the cubs
- I've learned quite a bit about he cubs.. more than
I ever wanted to know from these north-side fans.. as
I digg about the piles of junk .. finding the tresures
of the world.. things that must be cHerished.. saved..
preserved..

what would of happened to the black-velvet oil (gold)
painting of the matador and his bull rushing by his
sleek matadorian physique as he pulls his bull-cape
above. I even found a 60's ceramic blu-bull bookends..
you know.. the head on one side.. the bull's booty on
the other.. gReat for my "current" DVD's and
adds to an alreaDy spanish bull-fighting tHeme to my
liVing rooM.
sigh.
Who would
of saved those playboy mags .. circula 60's - 70's (I
passed over the early 80's.. someone else can preserve
that decade.. I lived it!)
such cool
coVers of pLayboy bunnies looking so seXy and "hip"
for that time.. setting the look of seX.. but now a
time capsule .. full of articles of wHat wHas happening
at that time.

1973 mag ("OUI - for the man of the world")
... this article wHas before the "Road" ..
excerpts from "Visions of Cody" which wHas
about to be pulished.. starts on page 62.. continues
on 70... and in between those pages.. I get to know
the "True Grete" .. a Brunette busty babe
in a "spread" which explains the poor nakid
gurls struggle of being in the laZy land of sardina
and wither to plunge into the cool pool or not.. she
opts for the lazy thing and lets the sun "bead"
her with her sWeat.. heh! (sHe's beautiful!)

good.. my back is still a little achy.. but goin' to
take a hot bath before bed.. so that should help. moM
sent me a care package! .. skillets! four of them! along
with packets of quickfoods.. peanut butter cookie mix,
brownie mix and mom's favorite flavor biscuits ... garlic
cHeese.. mmmmm! .. moM! a few easter treats I threw
in the ice box ... I'm soooo over candy right now! (sorry
souR skittles.. not you.) .. and some fancy feast for
the 'grand kitties'.. "
